Why is my membership # invalid?

To access the Assistance App, you must be an International SOS member - whether individually or through your company/organization.

If you know your membership number is correct but receive the message "your membership number is invalid," check to see if your phone has both WIFI and Cellular enabled.  If it does, turn off WIFI and try entering the membership number again.  You will only need to do this for the initial login to the App.  Subsequent logins and usage of the app will not require these steps.
