How do I login to the app?

To access the Assistance App, you will need either your company's membership number or a company-issued email address.

Membership # login instructions
  1. Upon opening the App, you will see a membership number text field
  2. Enter your membership number and choose "login"
  3. Choose "remember my ID" to bypass future logins
  4. If you receive an error that your membership ID is not recognized, please follow the instructions to register by email.

Email address registration/login:
  1. Click "Register/Login by E-mail" at the bottom of the screen
  2. Enter your company-issued email address
  3. If your company email domain is recognized, you will receive an email with a link to verify the email and create a password.
