How do I login to the app?

To access the Assistance App, you will need your the email address issued by your organization.

Email address registration/login:
  1. Click "New User? Register Here" on the login screen
  2. Enter your company-issued email address
  3. If your company email domain is recognized, you will receive an email with a link to verify the email and create a password. If your e-mail domain is not recognized or connected with a membership number, you will be prompted to enter your membership number.
  4. Once you create your password, open the app and login with your new password.
Alternatively, you can login using your membership number but this is not the recommended authentication. You may not have access to all features through this process.

Membership # login instructions
  1. Click "login with membership ID" at the bottom left of the page.
  2. Enter your membership number and choose "login"
  3. Choose "remember my ID" to bypass future logins
  4. If you receive an error that your membership ID is not recognized, please follow the instructions to register by email.
